At MilkyCream, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us if you wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

We simply ask that you contact us before returning your product. For hygiene and quality reasons, cosmetic products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@milkycream.com with your order number and the completed withdrawal form. We will respond quickly to arrange the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely at your expense.

The package must be sent with a tracking number, which must be communicated to us upon shipment.

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we will send you a free replacement at our expense – no return of the product is necessary.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
